The Perfect Paleo Margarita
Cinco do Mayo is looming and I’m trying to figure out how get my Margarita and Empanada on without suffering the aftermath of a calorie and carb overload. I found a great round-up of Paleo-safe recipes on this blog and especially love the Margarita recipe — the best part: 79 calories and 7g of carbs (which rocks the regular 250+ calorie count you’ll get served).
