I love empty gyms…easy to come by on a Monday morning.
Slight problem. On week five of the Under Armor Challenge — where my goal was to run 100 miles over 9 weeks with 100 pushups per day — and get notified by Nike Plus that they are revamping and removing current goals and challenges by the end of May. Now, I could just track it manually moving forward…but where’s the fun in that?
Solution. I’m ahead of pace with a mere 27 miles to completion so why not up the ante and finish the goal by May 31, 3.5 weeks ahead of time? That’s 10 days to go averaging 2.7 miles per day every day…yeah, I got this.
The remaining 3.5 weeks will need a new goal…3 hours of boxing a week?
