As the office lines up in the kitchen for Chipotle Burritos (celebrating a new team member) I head home for lunch. True to my commitment to eat more fish and less red meat I’ve fried up a (huge) piece of salmon, southwest style from Trader Joes. Not bad. Would have preferred a packet of bacon but what can ya do? ;)
