And then there’s that. Ask me any other month and I’d tell you I’m fillin’ her up to Who Cares, regularly. But I’m on a mission to shed these last few pounds and see if I can revive my 20-something abs. As I mentioned in a previous post I’m making a concentrated effort for the next four weeks, monitoring my diet to ensure maximum protein.
So, that said, I’m cutting out the wine (and any alcohol) three days of each week. Okay, I wrote it down and shared it — now I have to own and honor it. Crap.
